Information is collected when you order from Ophelia Creek Gift Shack, this will be your email, phone number and address if you have selected delivery. This information is only used to send your order, I do not use it after your order has been fulfilled. If you don’t wish for us to email you with updates, sale notifications etc. please let me know and you’ll be removed from the email list.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Postage cost also includes the cost of the packaging. Currently, I only ship within the UK. My aim is to post your order within 2-3 working days. I can sometimes post on the same day as the order is placed, depending on the time I receive the order.
